Mindful Movement Heals

How therapists move and utilize their own body, as well as their client’s body directly impacts the quality and results of the therapy. Likewise positioning and movements determine how the therapist experiences and feels their body sensations during and following sessions.

Changing client position (like incorporating side-lying positioning) and adding client mobility (f.e., ROM, stretching, and “call for motion”) to and with your positive and negative pressure techniques transforms your ordinary 2-dimensional sessions into 3D (and even 4D).
