Dismantling Drama with the Friendly Feedback Check-in Checklist

CarlosSandoval May 16, 2024

A reliable way to step out of drama is creating clear agreements, such as using the “Friendly Feedback Check-In Checklist” with every client. Empowering clients to make requests and becoming open to receiving their feedback makes us “able to respond” (responsible). When we receive client requests and feedback as invitations to collaborate and connect, we avoid complaints and can provide the best care.

Practice using the Friendly Feedback Check-In Checklist and notice the positive results you create in your sessions.
