Healing Moves for Shoulders Level 1: First Aid remedies with little to no load (weight, pressure, or resistance) bearing movements
Healing Moves for Shoulders Level 2: Encourage range of motion of affected areas, in addition to areas above or below the joint. Level 3: Enhance ROM by progressing gently and consciously from lighter to more intense stretching or challenge
Healing Moves for Shoulders Level 4: Practice neurological repatterning exercises with added stress (i.e, increase load with functional tracking, isometric strengthening, using multiple and cross-plane muscular engagement.)
