Following this lesson you should be able to:
- Release the attachments of the scalenes at the transverse processes of the cervicals
- Release the attachments of the scalenes at the first rib
- Perform the Neuromuscular Therapy protocol on the SCM and/or other muscles
- Perform PNF for the neck and/or other muscles
