Taking Healthy Responsibility
One of the simplest, yet most challenging steps to avoiding and preventing drama is to take 100% healthy responsibility in all your relationships. We can avoid “reacting” unconsciously by becoming “response-able”, where we become more aware, resourceful, and smarter.
