Give yourself the gift of self care! Together we will review the structures of the feet, stretch, press and invigorate your foot reflexes. This is a sensory-rich experience down to your very “soles”. The practice begins with a conversation about our experience of Thai Reflexology and the wooden stick , the foot care starts at the 13:19 minute point. Enjoy!

It’s time to take off your shoes and socks, and create a comfortable space on the floor or in a chair for some foot care. Grow your body intelligence by reversing the polarity of head-centric energy by placing your brain in your feet. This “pattern interruption” lends to a felt sense of embodied cognition that leaves the whole body feeling heel-d.
